Garden Party presentation Sunday, August 1st at 1:00pm
Join our growing group of sacred gardeners for a presentation of ideas for developing the area between the Sanctuary, Peace Chapel, and Friendship Hall into sacred space. Bring your ideas and hear/see what our designers have been up to.
The Peace Chapel
In the upper room over Café Alchemy, a space devoted entirely to Stillness and the return of Attention to Source is presently flowing into manifestation through Grace.
Experience this Grace through the act of giving a special contribution toward our Peace Chapel…

The Sunday Services are available on CD! Cost is $5 if picked-up and $6 if mailed to you and are now available right after Sunday services!
Sunday Hospitality--
Please join us every Sunday after each service in our Friendship Hall for what we call CAFÉ ALCHEMY. Have a cup of coffee or tea and snacks donated by our Unity Community. We are a practical extension of the Sunday service – visiting with each other and carrying the vibration of unconditional love and practicing conscious relationship.
You can help by bringing a snack to share and/or by signing up in the kitchen to host for one or both services. We are expanding the circle to involve more of us in service to each other. Please also continue to bless us with your monetary gifts that help pay for the supplies and beverages.
Most Sundays we are also graced with the artistic displays of our own Alchemical Artists who offer their work for our inspiration and/or purchase.
We offer our deepest gratitude to all of you who contribute in any way to this happening. The Café is outside, down the steps to the left, behind the main building. Look for the shiny happy people with the coffee cups.

PRAYER - “Ask and Ye Shall Receive”
Asking for prayer opens the individual to immediate upliftment, inspiration, guidance, healing, and supply. In asking we assume a position of humility and receptivity to the Infinite. It is in asking that we are made able to receive.
Unity of Sedona trains and maintains a volunteer staff of prayer chaplains. Our chaplains are available at the conclusion of each Sunday service to listen with unconditional love and/or to pray with you upon request. In addition, if the need arises, you are encouraged to call one of the following chaplains for prayer support.

In accord with our ever-deepening experience of Gratitude as the fulfillment of Creative Law, Rev. Mark Pope is initiating an ongoing Sacred Circle for the purpose of supporting those who wish to experience greater and greater gratitude. Please understand, this is not a gathering for the expression of personal issues, problems, or concerns. This circle is devoted to holding the frequency of thanksgiving through sharing our experiences of increasing good.

Join us as we land in a field of love and we learn to live in the Real World. It is the same physical world as we think we see now, but it has been recontextualized by God’s Love. A Course in Miracles teaches that love is our “natural inheritance”. Miracles “remove the blocks to the awareness of Love’s Presence” in our lives. We learn to forego grievances and look past appearances to the Light of God that shines in all of us. Love Is. It becomes the functional gravity of the new world we realize. We are happy. We are aligned with the source of Happiness. We walk forth in the Miracle of our Being.

Love Offering will be taken - Bring Lots of Business Cards!
What is it? A leads group is comprised of many different types of business, professional, and other creative people, and is focused on being a marketing force for each other. This group becomes a networking environment where you can build relationships with other people. During the meetings other members will become familiar with your business and learn how to refer you to their circle of contacts.
Our Mission is to be in the ever present abundance in a conscious, heartfelt way by giving and receiving profitable leads. This is a great place to share your talents and what you have to offer.
Meetings: We will meet at Unity’s Lower Friendship Hall the 1st & 3rd Tuesdays of the month from11:30am to 12:30pm. You can bring lunch. Each meeting will begin with a short meditation/prayer. Announcements will then be made followed by each attendee presenting a 30-45 second “commercial” about their business.
Speakers: Members are encouraged to be speakers. There are 1-2 speakers each meeting with each speaker having 10-12 minutes to present their business more thoroughly. This can be a demo, slide show, handouts, or just about anything that helps to illustrate your business.
Passing Leads: After the speakers we will go around the group and each person can present their leads and/or talk about leads they have received from other members.
Reasons for Joining:
-Share ideas with other professionals.
-Improve networking skills.
-Learn techniques to promote new clients.
-Increase business productivity.
-Enrich the quality of your relationships by getting to know one another.

Earth School for Souls

Six Monday evenings, August 2nd -- September 7th
6:30-8:30pm in the Sanctuary
Suggested Love Offering $10 per session
Using the compelling novel by Andrea Avari, A Hit of Heaven – a soul’s journey through illusion to illuminate and transcend our individual stories.
We are living in a time of rapid change and transition, and it is no longer necessary to wallow in long, slow, agonizing processes of releasing our stories and our imagined woundings. Somewhere, right now, all the work is already done. Through the exercises we employ in this workshop, we will step through our stories, into the “done-ness” and move into the light of our True Divine Expression.
Join us as we:
- Co-journey into our constructed histories to identify critical instances of wounding, and examine how they provide rich opportunities for growth and awakening.
- Step into a new paradigm for understanding the presence and importance of hurtful events in our lives.
- Recognize and honor the particular individuals who serve as “triggers” for us, and understand their participation in our lives as part of a sacred contract and curriculum.
- Practice being in service to awakening as we begin to dissolve the “shadow” parts of our awareness, allowing the true “Self” to emerge.
- Experience moving into peace and joy as we properly understand and honestly embrace the necessary function of pain, hurt, and contraction in our imagined histories and in our daily movement.
The workshop requires the purchase of the book A Hit of Heaven at a reduced cost. Weekly reading assignments will launch us into a wide ranging discussion and processing of each week’s key points.
John and Meredith each have significant experience as teachers, trainers, and counselors. We are both in service to awakening in our individual lives, and now are compelled to be of service to the larger community that has so enriched our distinct journeys. This book has had a substantial impact on our lives and we look forward to sharing the experience in this study group.
